1.) 2 Hand
lappel grab.
Cover, breakdown, align, backfist
2.) Hook
punch
Outside block, palm heel, knee kick, front kick
3.) Bear
hug under the arms
Eyes, ears, grab head, knee kick
4.) Shoulder
grab (side attack)
Cover & align, wrap, ridge hand, knee kick
5.) Front
kick (side attack)
Down sweeping block, vertical punch, palm heel, front kick
6.) 2 handed
neck grab (rear attack)
Step forward & position elbow, elbow breakdown, elbow, pull & elbow
7.) Bear
hug under arms (rear attack)
Step & reach (lawnmower pull), elbow strike, palm heel, knee kick
8.) Headlock
(side atttack)
Clear airway, groin strikes (back & front), head yank (hair or nose),
inverted knife hand.
9.) Wrist
grab (same side, side attack)
Alignwith release, backfist, ridgehand, roundhouse kick
10.) Wrist
grab (opposite side, side attack)
Align with release, wind arm, side kick, palm heel.
